About the Blog

This blog, which is home to our rendezvous with life and parenthood, is my brainchild and I am the sole owner. This blog is a way for us to leave our life-lessons for our son, and live a fulfilling life. It’s a tale of how two and two half imperfect people find those perfect moments of happiness. This is our journey of parenthood and our (mis)adventures along the way.

About Me

I am a working mother who started on her career journey after being a stay-at-home-mom for a good two and a half years. It so happened that despite having a Doctorate degree, even a planned embarkment on my motherhood journey put brakes on my career aspirations, but it sure did give me wings to fly in search of a new sky. Since life came in my way, I’ was trying to explore a whole new dimension, trying to carve my own niche as I tried to play with words to weave magic. That’s when this space found its existence. Cloud and Sunshine is where I share hearty expressions of my take on motherhood, parenting, relationships, and life in general. Mr. Husband, who is a kind soul, is “the wind beneath my wings”. He is the piece of the earth who, on one hand, lets me spread my wings and soar high up in the sky, while on the other hand keeps me grounded.

I hope I give you a reason to smile, shed a tear, feed you food for thought, crack you up and even offer you genuine honest advice. I hope the content I put before you resonates with you in some way and keeps you coming back for more.
